illinois times covers hard times for central illinois nonprofits + philanthropy

Donors Forum’s Economic Outlook 2010 report was the inspiration for a news story. The article, "Slow-pay state starves charities," in the Springfield-based Illinois Times, quotes John Stremsterfer, of the Sangamon County Community Foundation, a Donors Forum Member, as well as John Kelker of the United Way of Central Illinois, discussing how hard economic times have touched the Central Illinois philanthropic and nonprofit sectors.
